Campus Klarenthal is an integrated comprehensive school with innovative educational approaches. Learning together using all the senses, fostering creativity and social interaction are central to its philosophy. This educational approach is also supported by the school’s spatial design. Instead of conventional classrooms, there are spaces throughout the building designed for cross-age group work.
The large mirrored hall is dedicated to the themes of mindfulness and meditation. Nabo Gass has created a series of artworks for this space that supports this intention. The four artworks visualise the themes of relaxation, finding peace, harmony and inner balance. The visual language is abstract, leaving room for individual perspectives and interpretation.
You can find a short video of the installation of the new artworks and the opportunity to view all four pieces here.
