Art without walls – How Nabo Gass reacts to an architectural trend

One trend is becoming increasingly prevalent in architecture: large window fronts, transparent room concepts and flowing transitions between inside and outside. But where is the art when walls disappear?

“I work with glass pictures. They are made to live with the light, to become part of the architecture and to work precisely where canvases reach their limits,” says Nabo.

In two new projects, the artist shows how glass pictures are not just a decorative element, but an integral part of modern spaces.

With his glass works, Nabo Gass offers an answer to the question of how art can reposition itself in open, light-flooded architecture.
